Kevin McCann, from Chester, had visited a couple of local dealers who unfortunately were unable to help. A quick 'google' search pointed him in the direction of JenningsFord.

Initially, he contacted the group's South Shields dealership and spoke to sales executive, Paul Robinson, who impressed Kevin so much that he decided there and then, as a result of the excellent service, that he was going to proceed with the sale.

A used Focus Zetec Climate was located at the group's Middlesbrough dealership and the sale was transferred from South Shields to Middlesbrough, where sales executive, David Singh proceeded to deal with the sale.
