Sarah Evans and Phil Robinson, from Gloucestershire, did their homework when they were looking to purchase a Ford S-MAX.

Scouring the internet for the model they wanted, they found the perfect match with a little extra, at Jennings Ford Direct on Newcastle Road in South Shields.

The couple were more than pleased to find the model they wanted, but the fact that it came with low mileage and a bodykit, was an added bonus. There was just one thing missing, the couple needed a tow-bar fitting, but this wasn't a problem to the dealership and Barry got straight on the case and made the necessary arrangements for one to be fitted in time for his customers to take delivery of the vehicle.
