John added; "The moment you walk into the service department you're greeted with professional people who are extremely helpful."

"The last time my Ford Focus needed servicing, within ten minutes of arriving at the Parsons Road service department in Washington, my car was booked in and a lift home was organised for me. You just can't get a better service than that."

As soon as the service was completed, arrangements were made to deliver John's car to his home.
